Are these reviews real?

Yes. Every review is collected by Loox, an independent third-party review platform. Loox only sends review requests to customers who have placed and received an order. Reviews are tied to verified purchases.

Can you delete a bad review?

No. We do not moderate reviews for content. If a customer leaves a low-star or critical review, it remains visible. The only reviews that can be removed are those that contain personal information, abusive language, or content that violates Loox's terms of service, and that decision is made by Loox, not by us.

Why are there not more reviews?

Only reviews tied to a confirmed order are published. Loox sends the invitation after delivery, and there is no incentive, discount or prompt attached to leaving one, so most customers do not. The count shown in the widget is the real number of buyers who chose to write something.

What if I had a different experience?

Herbal supplements work differently for different people. Individual factors like age, general health, diet, hydration, and other medications all play a role. How can I leave a review?

After your order is delivered, Loox will email you with an invitation to review the product. The email comes from Loox, not from us. You can submit a star rating, written feedback, and an optional photo. Reviews are published once they pass Loox's automated checks.
