Shipping Policy

Stamina for Men™ ships to customers worldwide from Australia. This page explains our shipping costs, delivery windows, packaging, and what happens once your order leaves our hands.

Shipping Costs

Flat-rate shipping, shown at checkout, with nothing added afterwards.

• Single Pack, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, and Buy 5 Get 2 Free: free shipping to every destination except the United States
• United States orders: flat USD $19.50, carried by DHL with duties paid
• Sample Pack: flat USD $4.50 (covers postage and filters out bot orders)

Outside the United States the same rate applies whether you are in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, or anywhere else we deliver from Port Melbourne. No zone-based pricing, no fuel surcharges, no extra fees added at the cart.

Orders placed from within Thailand ship domestically from our delivery partner in Phuket rather than from Australia. Free shipping still applies to the Single Pack, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, and Buy 5 Get 2 Free packs for Thai customers, the same as everywhere else outside the United States. All shipping charges are billed in USD, so the amount in Thai baht varies with the exchange rate on the day.

United States Orders

United States orders carry a flat USD $19.50 shipping charge and travel by DHL with duties paid. The import duty is settled before the parcel arrives, so nothing is owed at the door and there is no customs invoice to deal with.

The charge reflects what duty-paid courier delivery to the United States costs us. It is not a margin on postage. The Single Pack is not currently shipped to the United States, because the freight on one pack costs more than the pack itself. The Buy 3 Get 1 Free and Buy 5 Get 2 Free packs remain available.

Delivery Window

Standard international delivery takes 10 to 14 business days from dispatch. This window applies to all destinations shipped from our Port Melbourne warehouse.

United States orders travel by DHL and typically arrive in 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. That window allows for customs handling at the border.

Orders placed from within Thailand ship domestically from our partner in Phuket and typically arrive in 2 to 4 business days, since they do not pass through international transit or customs.

Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment. The delivery window starts from the dispatch date, not the order date. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

If your order has not arrived after 14 business days from dispatch, or 8 business days for United States orders, email us at orders@staminaformen.com and we will investigate. See our refund and replacement policy for what happens if a parcel is confirmed lost in transit.

Plain Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The outer parcel carries no Stamina for Men™ logo, no product name, and no indication of what is inside. International orders carry a generic Australian business return address; orders placed from within Thailand carry our Phuket delivery partner's return address instead. Whoever handles your parcel between dispatch and your door has no way of knowing what it contains.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use this to follow your parcel through to delivery.

Once the carrier marks your parcel as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you. Standard international parcels are handed to the postal service in the destination country for the final leg, so if tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not where you expected it, the follow-up sits with that local postal service rather than with us. Contact them directly with your tracking number, since they hold the delivery scan, the driver record, and any proof of delivery. United States orders are carried by DHL from dispatch to the door, so delivery queries on those orders go to DHL. We cannot reimburse parcels marked as delivered.

To reduce the risk of a missing parcel, please use a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours, or a secure location.

Customs and Import Duties

Stamina for Men™ ships from Australia. Most countries allow personal-use herbal supplements to enter without issue, but you remain responsible for compliance with your own country's import rules.

United States orders are shipped duties paid, so the import duty is covered in the $19.50 shipping charge and no further payment is required on arrival.

If your local customs authority detains, inspects, or seizes your parcel, the associated costs and outcomes rest with you. We cannot refund orders held or destroyed by customs, and we cannot reship to replace a seized parcel. By placing an order, you accept this risk for shipments into your country. Orders delivered within Thailand ship domestically and do not pass through customs.

If you are unsure whether your country permits the import of herbal supplements containing Maca, Panax Ginseng, Damiana, or Ginkgo Biloba, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Incorrect Address at Checkout

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We ship to the address you provide and cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, email us at orders@staminaformen.com and we will arrange reshipment to a corrected address.
