Orders are dispatched within one business day. International orders ship from Port Melbourne, Australia, with delivery 10 to 14 business days from dispatch. United States orders go by DHL with duties paid and typically arrive in 5 to 8 business days, a window that allows for customs handling. Orders placed from within Thailand are dispatched domestically by our delivery partner in Phuket and typically arrive in 2 to 4 business days.
